Bio

Dr Manoto is a physician who has been working in the private sector for almost 3 years. He obtained his bachelor of medicine and surgery in 2002 and finished his internship and community service at Bongani Hospital in Welkom, Free State, in 2003 and 2004, respectively. Prior to obtaining the mentioned qualification, he had successfully pursued radiography at the same institution. He later became a medical officer at Manapo Secondary Hospital in Phuthaditjhaba, Free State, serving from 2005 until 2017.
He gained considerable experience in internal medicine during that period as he was involved in the co-management of intensive care unit, renal unit and medical wards. Dr Manoto completed his physician training at the University of the Free State and successfully passed his Fellowship of the College of Physicians of South Africa in 2022. He served as a consultant at Bongani Hospital in 2023 before transitioning to private practice later that same year. He has a strong passion for cardiology, pulmonology, renal medicine and diabetes mellitus.
