Dr. Esmeralda Eugenio holds a medical degree from Lúrio University, with a professional internship at the prestigious University of São Paulo (USP) in Brazil—one of the most renowned institutions in Latin America—between 2014 and 2020. A physician with five years of experience, she works in the emergency room at Lenmed Private Hospital in Maputo, where she provides humane care, always with empathy, attentive listening, and a comprehensive approach to the patient. Dr. Esmeralda firmly believes in the importance of holistic care, even in emergency and highly complex settings. Passionate about public health, she also dedicates herself to educational initiatives, giving lectures and health promotion initiatives, aiming to inform, prevent, and transform realities through knowledge.
