Bio

Dr Kaylesh Jay Dullabh completed his Cardiac and Thoracic training at University of KwaZulu Natal (UKZN) and in May 2019 he was awarded the Fellowship of Cardiothoracic Surgeons (FC Cardio) by the College of Medicine of South Africa. He went on to complete his Masters in Medicine (MMed) in Cardiothoracic Surgery in 2020.

Dr Dullabh also has various research interests focusing on inflammatory lung disease and has presented at both local and international forums. His research accolades have included the Connect Africa Scholarship for Young African Scientist Award as well as the American Thoracic Society (ATS) Abstract Scholarship Award and has publications both at a Clinical and Basic Science Level. He is also an active member of the European Society of Cardiothoracic Surgeons (EACTS).
