Dr Lebogang Nozandla Doris Mosidi is a paediatrician and the first resident paediatrician in Kathu, serving the wider Northern Cape.

She obtained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of the Witwatersrand and completed her paediatric training through the University of Pretoria academic circuit at Steve Biko Academic Hospital, Tembisa Regional Hospital and Kalafong Hospital. She was awarded a master of medicine in paediatrics in 2024, with research published in the South African Journal of Clinical Nutrition titled: “Change in the prevalence of extra-uterine growth restriction in very low birthweight infants following the introduction of a written nutrition protocol in a tertiary neonatal unit”. In 2021, she established her private practice at Lenmed Kathu Private Hospital, where she expanded paediatric services to include critical care.
