Bio

Dr Alemu did his doctor of medicine at Tikur Anbessa Hospital in Addis Ababa when he subsequently did his specialisation in surgery at the same institutions. After specialisation Dr Alemu also obtained a certificate in minimal invasive surgery by Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES) in 2008.
He worked in Menelik-II hospital in Ethiopia and Harare Central Hospital in Zimbabwe. He later joined Nyangagbwe Hospital in Francistown before joining Bokamoso private hospital.
Dr Alemu is an esteemed member of notable societies and professional bodies.
