Bio

Dr Zakhele Maxwell Khoza completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Santa Clara, Cuba. He then obtained his Fellowship of the College of Orthopaedic Surgeons of South Africa and later his master of medicine in orthopaedics at the Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University. Dr Khoza completed his spine fellowship in complex spine surgery at the University of the Witwatersrand/Charlotte Maxeke Academic Hospital in Johannesburg. He also holds an AO Global Spine Diploma. Dr Khoza has a deep passion for spine pathologies, particularly scoliosis deformity correction, spine degenerative diseases, spine traumas, and spine tumours and infections. In addition to these medical interests, Dr Zakhele Maxwell Khoza enjoys cycling during his spare time.
