After Vaccination

Side Effects

You may experience side effects within 7 days of getting vaccinated. The majority of reactions are mild to moderate and resolve within a few days.

The most common side effects are:

  • Tenderness / pain at injection site
  • Headache
  • Fatigue
  • Myalgia/malaise
  • Pyrexia/chills
  • Nausea

If your symptoms persist, please consult your doctor.

Important Precautions

It is vital to continue with current precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

All the current precautions such as masking, hand sanitising, social distancing, relevant PPE, avoiding crowded places and public gatherings, and all lockdown regulations must be maintained until a stage where the Government feels that herd immunity has been achieved and the virus no longer poses a risk to us.
