July 2023 – Lenmed’s Wilmed Park Private Hospital, Parkmed Neuro Clinic, Daleside Day Hospital and
Sunningdale Private Hospital, have rolled out a new digital patient experience system at the facilities.

With the rapid advancement of technology and the growing demand for convenient and accessible healthcare services, Lenmed has rolled out this easy-to-use and accessible system to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare providers, enhancing communication, empowering patients, and optimising overall care delivery.

Some of the key features and benefits of the platform include:

Feedback and surveys: Patients can complete surveys and share real-time feedback, allowing the relevant hospital to resolve issues, gather valuable insights and continuously improve its services.

Real-time engagement: The platform is accessible from anywhere and at any time affording patients and their loved ones to share their experiences during or after their stay. With feedback submission, the hospital aims to resolve issues as they occur.
This development comes after several months after the Lenmed Group announced the 100% acquisition of Klerksdorp hospitals in October 2022 – a bid to transform the healthcare industry and strengthen the provision of superior and personalised care to people in the communities of the North West province.
