Since taking over and managing the hospital in 2020, Lenmed Howick Private Hospital has adopted several significant improvements to positively impact members of the community. Some of the key achievements and enhancements include the reopening of the surgical and high- care units which are essential for patient care and to ensure that there is sufficient availability for patient admissions. A critical component to further Lenmed’s vision of creating healthier and prosperous communities is having highly skilled and experienced medical professionals onsite. Patients do not have to worry about travelling out of town to access the services of and consult with a paediatrician, an ENT (ear, nose, and throat) specialist, a physician, and a surgeon. In addition to this, patients can visit the sessional rooms to consult with a gynaecologist, a dermatologist and a clinical psychologist.
